Former Obama nuclear watchdog calls for total ban

The CBC interviewed Gregory Jaczko on Friday; he is a former U.S. gov't official who is now calling for a complete ban on nuclear power, eg. end construction of new power plants and close the ones that are still operating.
Apparently Jaczko's point of view changed after the Fukushima disaster in Japan.
